Information we use

We use the contact, delivery, order and payment-related information you provide to process purchases, arrange delivery, handle returns and answer support requests. Shopify and its payment providers process checkout and payment information. We also receive technical information such as device, browser, IP address and site interactions for security and, where permitted, analytics.

Why we use it

We process order information to perform our contract with you, keep records to meet legal obligations, and use proportionate security and support data for our legitimate interests. Optional marketing and non-essential cookies rely on consent where required. You can decline optional cookies using the cookie controls and unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

Service providers and retention

Necessary information is shared with Shopify, payment services, fulfillment and delivery providers, and support services. Some providers process data outside your country; appropriate safeguards apply where required. We retain records for as long as needed to fulfill orders, resolve issues and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

Our store is not directed at children. Please do not send us sensitive personal information in ordinary support messages.
