Free shipping on every Wagride order to the countries available at checkout.

When will my tail arrive?

Delivery in 5–21 days. Orders are packed within 2–5 business days. Dates shown on the product page are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Tracking is emailed when your parcel ships.

Delays or missing parcels

Contact greyfoxcommerce@outlook.com with your order number if tracking stalls or your order has not arrived within 21 days of shipping. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will explain the delay and offer you the choice of waiting or canceling for a refund. For US orders, we will obtain your consent to any shipping delay where required; otherwise we will cancel and refund.

Your delivery details

Please check your address before ordering. Tell us immediately if it needs changing; once shipped we may be unable to redirect your parcel. Any applicable taxes or import charges shown at checkout form part of the amount you agree to pay.

Shipping Protection

When Shipping Protection is included or purchased with your order, we reship free if your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Contact greyfoxcommerce@outlook.com with your order number within 30 days of the delivery estimate to claim. Protection is included with 2-tail and 3-tail bundles. Your statutory rights are unchanged, whether or not you select protection.

Priority Processing

Priority orders are packed and handed to the carrier first. Priority Processing is included with 3-tail bundles and is available as an upgrade on other orders. It does not change the published delivery estimate.
