Your wag-or-refund guarantee

Every tail comes with a 30-day wag-or-refund guarantee from delivery. Choose 2 tails for 60 days, or 3 tails for 90 days. The 90-Day Guarantee upgrade also gives you 90 days. If it stops wagging or you are not happy, contact us for a full refund or replacement. Your statutory rights remain unchanged.

How to claim

Email greyfoxcommerce@outlook.com within your guarantee period with your order number. We will arrange your refund or replacement and provide any return instructions. Do not send a parcel to the shipping-label address without checking with us. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items. Do not post a damaged lithium battery; contact us for safe instructions.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is in addition to your legal consumer rights, including any cancellation rights and rights relating to faults discovered later. It does not limit or exclude them.

Before shipping

Email promptly if you need to cancel or change an order. If it has already shipped, contact us to arrange a return.
